I was reading in the newspapers about the
new gaffe made by russian President;
and It's not the first time.
According to "Corriere della sera",
he is quite famous to insults to giornalist
or horrible jokes about other countries.

In all cases,
he says these stupid things when someone is
asking him difficult questions about internal
russian issues ( cecenia, democracy etc).
For me the reason is easy:
he is a populist leader,
not used to receive questions from a giornalist
who does not agree with his his politics.
So when he receive a difficul
question he feels under pressure,
and makes mistake.
